-   Purchase Mortgage Applications: ▲ 4% for the week ending October 23 versus the preceding week, seasonally adjusted.
    
-   Existing-Home Sales: ▲ 3.99 million, seasonally adjusted annual rate for September, up 1.5% from August.
    
-   Pending Home Sales: ▼ 7.3% in September from August and ▼ 11.3% year over year, according to NAR's October 20 report.
    
-   Median Purchase-Applicant Mortgage Payment: ▲ $2,215 in September, up $53 from August's $2,162, according to MBA's October 29 report.
    
-   U.S. Home Prices: ▲ 0.3% in August from July, seasonally adjusted, and ▲ 2.4% year over year, according to FHFA's October 27 report.
