-   30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rate: ▼ 7.18%, down from 7.24% the previous week, according to Freddie Mac's November 5 survey.
    
-   Total Mortgage Applications: ▼ 1.2% for the week ending October 30, seasonally adjusted, according to MBA's November 4 release.
    
-   Purchase Applications: ▼ 2% week over week, seasonally adjusted, in that November 4 MBA report.
    
-   Refinance Share: ▲ 39.8% of applications, up from 38.9% the prior week, according to MBA, November 4.
    
-   Existing-Home Sales: ▲ 3.99 million annualized in September, up 1.5% from August, according to NAR's October 13 release.
    
-   Median Purchase-Applicant Mortgage Payment: ▲ $2,215 in September, up $53 from August, according to MBA's October 29 report.
