It's a reasonable instinct — and it often misses the actual culprit, sitting directly overhead. Your attic has an enormous, mostly invisible influence on how hard your HVAC works, and when it's under-insulated or poorly ventilated, even a flawless system fights a battle it can't fully win.

## How the Attic Drives Your HVAC Load
