Developed beginning around 1998, Oak Creek reflects Irvine’s master-planned approach to creating distinct villages rather than conventional subdivisions. Tree-lined streets, landscaped paseos and neighborhood parks help connect residents with the businesses and recreational opportunities surrounding the community.
A Mix of Homes
One of Oak Creek’s distinguishing features is its variety of housing. The village includes detached single-family residences, townhomes, condominiums and apartment communities.

Oak Creek Golf Club

Its location places residents close to Irvine Spectrum Center, the Irvine train station, major employment centers and neighboring villages such as Woodbridge, Westpark and Quail Hill. Orange County destinations and coastal communities are also accessible from the nearby freeway and toll-road network.
