What If You Could Give Your Monthly Budget a $700 Raise?

    JJosh Schaendorf

Who wouldn't want an extra $700 a month?

    That's $8,400 a year.

    Maybe it's $200. Maybe it's $500. Maybe it's $700 or more.

What if you could free up money in your monthly budget AND potentially lower the interest you're paying on some of your debts?

With groceries, insurance, and everyday expenses costing so much, that extra breathing room could make a big difference.

Here's something many homeowners haven't thought about.

You might love your low mortgage rate. Maybe it's 3% or even less.

But that may only tell half the story...

What about your credit cards, car loans, and other debts?

Are you paying much higher interest rates on those?

Before assuming your low mortgage rate means you should leave everything alone, let's look at what all your debts are costing you.

And here's where it gets interesting.

What if the equity you've built in your home could help you combine some of those debts into a more manageable payment?

That could mean fewer monthly bills and more money left over each month.

Think about what that extra breathing room could mean.

    More room for everyday expenses.

    Money to build your savings.

Or even extra money to help pay down your mortgage faster.

And you may have more options than you realize.

Of course, a lower monthly payment doesn't always mean a lower total cost. Loan rates, fees, and how long you take to pay off the debt all matter. And borrowing against your home carries risks.

That's why looking at the whole picture is so important.

    The big takeaway?

You worked hard to build equity in your home.

But is that equity helping you today?

Thinking about giving your monthly budget a raise?

Reach out to me. I'd be happy to look at your numbers, explore your options, and see what might make sense for you.
