Meet Attorney Mark F. Winn, a South Carolina lawyer who has earned a Master of Laws degree in Estate Planning. Attorney Winn uses his knowledge and decades of experience to assist clients in the Lowcountry with concerns relating to Estate Planning, Elder Law, Wills, and Trusts.
Attorney Winn always says, "If you don't create an Estate Plan, then the state has a plan for you. The moral of the store is when it comes to Estate Planning, mistakes are things you want to avoid. A little planning can make a big difference."
Meet Tearsa Winn, the firm's office manager. While raising her family, she also took on the role of managing the firm. A woman who wears many hats, she's likely the first person you'll speak to when you reach out to make a meeting. She mans the phones and balances the books, but what she enjoys most of all is helping clients.
"I enjoy helping ease clients minds regarding the process of planning and administrative probate," Tearsa says.
Meet Roberta Elliott, the firm's paralegal. Roberta recently moved here with her husband and young child when her husband, a military man, was stationed in the Savannah, Georgia area.
With a Paralegal Certification from Auburn University, Roberta is currently studying for the LSATs to go to law school. Her favorite thing about Estate Planning and Probate are how personal they are.
"I wanted to be in a field where my day-to-day work makes things less stressful for families."
And finally, meet the firm's Marketing and Operations Coordinator, Elizabeth Winn. With a B.A. in Journalism from the King's College in New York City and several years of graphic design and online marketing experience, Elizabeth aids the firm in reaching new clients both online and in print.
Growing up with the firm, Elizabeth has had the unique perspective of seeing the ins-and-outs of the family business from a young age.
