# What if a Little Insight Could Make You a Homeowner?

Nothing like a young mind eager to learn to conquer.

Last week we had the privilege of helping a group of young “would love to be” homeowners take their first step-discover what’s possible.

From credit score to co-borrowers to becoming a landlord, we held their attention for well over an hour.

As it turned out, some audience members owned homes and were looking for a refresh on credit, down payment options, and financing choices.

Amazing how a little expertise paired with Q&A can transform impossible to a plan

·         Take a lesson from these young adults, and a few parents who got a refresher….

·         Seek out a knowledgeable resource and learn

·         Skip the negativity that homes are expensive and rates are high

Young people ARE buying homes. It just takes a few new ideas

And the best part….

These are some of my industry colleagues working across our community primarily with seniors, so I got the 10-minute opener on “what’s a reverse mortgage.”
