This beautiful country property has an unusual story. A friend called asking if I wanted to buy a truck his new wife had sitting on a property she'd shared with her late husband. The place had been vacant for years. I bought the truck, then asked, "What about the property?" He said, "Well, it belongs to her husband's family." Hmm. "Was it in his name when they were married?" Yes. "Call a lawyer, my friend. She may actually own it. And I happen to know one!" Lol. Turns out we were able to get everything straightened out. I bought the property, fixed it up, and made a profit. Went looking for a truck and came home with a real estate deal. You just never know! Lol.

**About This Home**

This is a large, well built home with the square footage needed to support a large family, at a price that was affordable in today's market. The view and property are fantastic, and the country setting is breathtaking. The seller had the home in livable condition with many repairs done, and it sold as is. If you can't see the potential of this property, you left your glasses at home.
