    Will's Past Sales: SOLD

Will's Past Sales: SOLD in Knoxville, Knox County, TN. Listed at $349,900, sold for $339,000, 8 days on market. Listing agent Will Cupp.

I sold this property on Texas Valley Road in Knoxville, Tennessee, thanks to my wife and a wrong number. Lol. Her phone number was just one digit different from a mortgage brokerage, so she'd get calls all the time, mostly from older folks asking about reverse mortgages. Bless her heart, she'd patiently try to explain they'd called the wrong number. Most people would just hang up. Lol. I finally told her, "Honey, when somebody calls you dear, they're usually wanting something. That, or they're offering cash!" Then I said, "Next time, just ask if they happen to need a Realtor." Well, long story short, it worked perfectly! Sometimes the best real estate opportunities come from the last place you'd expect. Lol.

"A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps." (Proverbs 16:9, KJV)
