Right in the heart of Knoxville, this property had my heart and soul in it. It was a business my father and I shared, and selling it was bittersweet, to say the least. I can still hear the fireworks at Neyland Stadium and the roar of the crowd on game day. Even looking at this picture brings back so many wonderful memories of the years we spent there. I've sold a lot of properties over the years, but this one was different. Sometimes, as a Realtor, you're not just selling a piece of real estate. You're saying goodbye to a little piece of your own life.

"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven." (Ecclesiastes 3:1, KJV)

**About This Home**

This newly remodeled loft above the garage has a full bath, a new ductless heat and air unit, and refinished, antique look 3/4 inch hardwood floors. It sits on a corner lot zoned C-G-2 General Commercial, with 50 amp and 30 amp RV hookups and a 3 bay covered carport in back, so it would make a wonderful business or a private tailgating lot. Both buildings have a new roof, and it is minutes from downtown and the University of Tennessee. This lot is the equator of Knoxville: I can hear the fireworks at Neyland Stadium, the sounds of the downtown train, and I guess you could say every Knoxvillian as they pass by the lot.
