Pigeon Forge Cabin on 12 Acres Sold in 4 Days ⛰️

    Will's Past Sales: SOLD

Will's Past Sales: SOLD in Pigeon Forge, Sevier County, TN. Listed at $500,000, sold for $505,000, 4 days on market. Listing agent Will Cupp.

I sold this cabin on 12 acres in Sevier County, Tennessee. Now, it did have twelve acres, but the hike to the top nearly killed a family from Washington. No, just kidding! Lol. The home was unusual, not in a bad way, but it did have a few obstacles. What it also had was a wonderful location, close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Price it right, and suddenly those twelve acres become a pretty big deal! I've learned that in the Smoky Mountains, sometimes a buyer's dream of owning a little acreage is all it takes to put a property right over the top. Not every home has to be perfect. Sometimes it just has to be somebody's dream.

"Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart." (Psalm 37:4, KJV)

    About This Home

This very nice home is perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and it comes with its own mountain that towers twelve plus acres behind the cabin. It was not on a rental program and had been used by the owner and family for many years. A Generac backup power unit was recently installed. It is simple, clean and perfect for a family getaway.
