I sold this beautiful cabin in Sevierville, Tennessee, for my buddy Larry. Another one of those cabins people just couldn't seem to resist! Lol. A buyer's agent called and said she had a client who owned a cabin rental company and was buying properties in the area. I thought, good gracious, with prices where they are, you'd about have to own a rental company to make the numbers work! But these folks knew their business, loved the cabin, and were determined to buy it. Transfer funds, sell another cabin, whatever it took. Now, I joke that I didn't have to be much of a Realtor to sell Larry's cabins, but there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes. Conversations, preparation, and making sure every little thing stays on track. My goal with Larry was simple. I didn't want him hearing about all that.
