I sold this beautiful cabin in Sevierville, Tennessee, for my buddy Larry. Another one of those cabins people just couldn't seem to resist! Lol. A buyer's agent called and said she had a client who owned a cabin rental company and was buying properties in the area. I thought, good gracious, with prices where they are, you'd about have to own a rental company to make the numbers work! But these folks knew their business, loved the cabin, and were determined to buy it. Transfer funds, sell another cabin, whatever it took. Now, I joke that I didn't have to be much of a Realtor to sell Larry's cabins, but there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes. Conversations, preparation, and making sure every little thing stays on track. My goal with Larry was simple. I didn't want him hearing about all that. Just one phone call: "Larry, I'll see you at closing." God bless!

**About This Home**

No dream is as important as a Mother's Dream. I thought this a simple name for a cabin until I walked through it, and truly, this cabin is a Mother's Dream. Standing on the deck, the mountains ripple across the landscape as though there is no end; some views take your breath away, but this cabin left me lifeless. With a game room, an indoor pool, a hot tub and the ultimate views, this beautifully crafted cabin will bring families to the mountains and bring them back for years to come.
