Business Account Terms
These additional terms apply to business accounts and commercial use of VOCE.
Account Types
Business accounts may include:
- Professional individual accounts
- Small business accounts
- Enterprise accounts
- Agency accounts managing multiple clients
Commercial Use
Business accounts may use VOCE for commercial purposes including:
- Professional content marketing
- Client content creation
- Brand building and reputation management
- Lead generation within community guidelines
Payment Terms
- Business accounts are billed monthly or annually
- Payment must be made via credit card or invoice (for enterprise)
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Enterprise accounts include:
- 99.9% uptime guarantee
- Priority customer support
- Dedicated account manager
- Custom integrations and API access
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access until the end of your billing period, and your data will be available for export for 90 days.
