I oversee sprint planning, product enablement, launch strategies, and performance optimization to ensure that both internal teams and customers experience seamless delivery and clear value. Balancing strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving, I mentor teams on prioritization, customer-centric decision making, and disciplined execution.
