Hi Brandi, AI is helping insurance agents spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time building client relationships. Here are a few solutions worth exploring: 1. ChatGPT & Claude: Draft emails, simplify policy explanations and create client communications. 2. AI-powered CRM tools: Platforms like Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, Zoho CRM (Zia) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot help automate follow-ups, manage leads, summarize client interactions and streamline sales workflows. 3. Experience.com SRP (Search Rank Platform): Strengthen your online reputation, manage reviews and improve local search and AI visibility to help more prospects discover and trust you. 4. Experience.com XMP (Experience Management Platform): Help agencies manage customer feedback, reviews and automated workflows across multiple agents and locations. 5. VOCE by Experience.com: Turn your insurance expertise into articles and helpful answers that improve your discoverability across search engines and AI platforms. The bigger opportunity? Let AI handle more of the busywork while you focus on what matters most: building trust and helping clients make confident decisions. Are you already using any of these?

I’ve been an AI fanatic ever since I first learned about it, so absolutely, I’ve used just about every one of these. I’m constantly testing new ones to see what they offer and what they can do. I just want to get someone else’s input on what they might be using and see if there’s anything new to try.
