True story. (circa 2021)
Wife: "Honey, I think I found our home in Tennessee! It reminds me of my grandma's house!"
Me: (looking at the Zillow listing) "Where is this home located?"
Wife: "Knoxville, in a beautiful little neighborhood called 'Beverly Acres.' It's on Santa Monica Rd!"
Me: "Wait...what!?"
Wife: (with tears in her eyes) "It has the arched windows like my Grandma Anderson's house in Santa Monica [CA]. The other street names in the neighborhood are, Malibu Drive, Catalina Rd, Tahoe Lane, Angeles Drive."
Me: "I'm calling the real estate agent right now!"
Two days later, we fly to TYS, meet with the real estate agent (owner of the home) and make an offer...done!
Wife & I: "Kids, we're moving to Tennessee!"
