A new national survey of 216 single-family landlords from LendingOne and ResiClub:
• 84% say rising insurance premiums cut into their cash flow
• 37% say they're likely to sell at least one property in the next 12 months
• 59% plan to raise rents, but only 1% by more than 7%
Costs keep climbing. Rents have a ceiling.
Investors don't sell on emotion. They sell when the spreadsheet tells them to.
Pull the rental homes in your farm and make the calls this month.
If your client is renting a single-family home, forward this. Their landlord might take an offer before listing.
