Hi, my name is Zach and I am a gym owner and fitness coach based in La Center, WA. I started my journey as just another guy who was overweight at 30. When my daughter was born I weighed 260 lbs and had no energy or motivation to do much. I decided if I wanted to be around for my daughter I was going to have to make some changes. I spent the first 6 years very slowly losing weight while I learned about fitness, nutrition and health in general. I finally got down to 180 lbs when I figured things out and decided I wanted to help others make changes without all the frustration and lengthy timeline. So I got certified as a personal trainer and got a job in a gym as a trainer. My boss Jeff taught me a lot on hands on knowledge about training and gave me valuable experience helping clients.
