    · 30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rate: ▼ 7.24%, down from 7.32% the previous week, according to Freddie Mac's October 29 survey.

    · Total Mortgage Applications: ▲ 3.4% week over week for the week ending October 23.

    · Purchase Applications: ▲ 4% from the previous week on a seasonally adjusted basis.

    · Refinance Applications: ▲ 3% weekly. All three application figures come from MBA's October 28 report.

    · Pending Home Sales: ▼ 7.3% in September versus August.

    · Median New-Home Sales Price: ▲ $400,400 in September, up 3.9% from August's $385,400, according to the Census Bureau's October 27 release.
