    Doug Barnaclo has a lifetime of experience in banking in mortgage lending, being raised by bankers. Doug entered the workforce with his father’s mortgage company during college, which has led to a career in the mortgage business, holding positions in underwriting and sales. Doug has served on the Greater Cincinnati Board of Realtors, and Greater Cincinnati Mortgage Bankers Association where he served prior terms as president in 2019 and 2023. Doug currently serves on the Executive Board of Habitat for Humanity Cincinnati.
