Will's Past Sales: SOLD
Randy, my brother! Now here's a fellow I've become really close friends with over the years through real estate. Randy had bought several properties from me, and one day we were on the phone talking about another deal. I asked him, "Randy, what are you doing with that beautiful cabin up here near me?" He said, "Well, I don't know. We've been thinking about selling it." I said, "Are you crazy? You could probably get three times what you paid for that thing!" Lol. I believe his eyes crossed when I told him what cabins in Sevierville were selling for! He said, "Will, I don't believe you, but if it'll sell for that, it's sold!" Before I could hardly get another word out, we had the paperwork signed and the cabin on the market that same day.
Now, Randy was a collector, and that cabin was full of some of the coolest decorations and interesting things you'd ever want to see. I asked him, "Randy, what all goes with the property?" He said, "Will, if somebody pays that price, they can have every bit of it!" Lol. Well, wouldn't you know it, we sold that cabin pretty quickly, furnishings and all! I believe it was around 30 days, maybe less. Randy got his price, the buyers got a beautiful cabin full of treasures, and I got another story to tell. Sometimes the hardest part of selling real estate is convincing your own friends just how much their property is worth!

About This Home
This is a really nice cabin with wooded mountain views, and the furnishings were above average. It was the owner's personal rental and had never been on a rental program. It truly was a cabin to go see. I can tell you this: the location is perfect.
