What is the "Review Triage" framework, and what are its three touchpoints?

The Review Triage framework is a strategy that helps real estate agents collect more high-quality reviews by identifying satisfied clients and requesting feedback at the right moments throughout the transaction process. Instead of waiting until closing day, it captures customer sentiment at multiple stages. The three touchpoints are: The Milestone Check-In: About 72 hours after the offer is accepted, agents send a short survey asking how the process is going. Clients who give high ratings (9 or 10) are marked as high-priority reviewers. The Solution Prompt: If a client experiences an issue, the agent resolves it quickly and then asks for feedback. Successfully resolving problems often leads to detailed and positive reviews. The Key-Handover Automation: As soon as the sale is completed, an automated review request is sent while the client's positive emotions are still fresh, increasing the likelihood of receiving enthusiastic 5-star reviews.
