    Chad I’m so glad that analogy resonated with you. Breaking out of that "always-on" cycle really starts with shifting your focus. If you want to stop chasing the treadmill, the single best first step is to block out non-negotiable time each week to pour into your business and personal life and do your best to respect those timelines.
