    Great breakdown, Christie. Quick question a lot of people wonder about — can you only use a USDA loan once, or can you use it again down the road if you move?

    Hi Chad! Thank you for the question. One of the best features of USDA financing is that there is no lifetime limit on usage—you can use the program more than once for a primary home purchase as long as you continue to meet the program guidelines.
