What is your market doing right now? Are listings sitting even with significant price reductions?

I'm in Raleigh, NC and our listings are continuing to pile up. As rates continue to climb and as we head into the holiday season, I'm concerned that price reductions will become the norm. I've been a loan officer since 2002 so I've seen this cycle before and it isn't pretty. The political background is what seems to be currently fueling this issue and unless there are some changes at the midterms, I'm not sure we will see the interest rate enviornment change much for the next few years.
